Hemi Pharma UK Shipping Policy

All orders placed on hemipharmauk.uk, the official UK website for Hemi Pharma pharmaceutical products, are despatched from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Every order receives a tracking number sent by email at the point of despatch. All stock is held within the United Kingdom. No order placed on this site crosses an international border.

Despatch Timeframes

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on UK bank holidays are despatched the next available working day.

Despatch confirmation and your Royal Mail tracking number are sent to the email address provided at checkout at the point of despatch. If you have not received a despatch confirmation within one working day of placing your order, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Delivery Timeframes

Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivers to UK addresses the following working day after despatch in the majority of cases. Royal Mail does not guarantee next-day delivery on the Tracked 24 service, though the overwhelming majority of orders arrive the day after despatch. Remote UK addresses including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and certain island postcodes may require an additional one to two working days.

Hemi Pharma UK accepts no liability for delays caused by Royal Mail or by circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been despatched and a tracking number issued, the delivery timeline is governed by Royal Mail.

Packaging and Discretion

All orders are despatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no branding, product names or company identifiers visible on the outside. The return address on the package does not reference Hemi Pharma. Packaging is selected to give no indication of the contents to anyone other than the recipient.
Products are packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Every item leaves our warehouse with its original manufacturer seal and QR verification code intact.

UK Delivery Only

hemipharmauk.uk currently ships to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All stock is held in the UK. There is no customs exposure, no international transit and no seizure risk on any order placed through this site.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within five working days of your despatch confirmation, contact us with your order reference number. We will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship the complete order at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds in lieu of reshipping for lost orders.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours of the stated delivery time. We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail immediately.

Tracking Your Order

Every order despatched from hemipharmauk.uk is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and carries a unique tracking reference. Your tracking number is included in your despatch confirmation email. Track your order directly at royalmail.com using the reference provided. If you did not receive a despatch email, check your spam folder and ensure the email address provided at checkout was correct.
