Eligibility to Purchase

Hemi Pharma UK reserves the right to cancel any order where there is reasonable cause to believe the purchaser does not meet this eligibility requirement.
Orders and Contract
Formation
Placing an order on hemipharmauk.uk constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your basket at the stated prices. A contract between you and Hemi Pharma UK is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where a product is out of stock, where payment cannot be verified or where we have reason to believe the order does not comply with these terms.
Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is correct and accessible.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on hemipharmauk.uk are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time the order was placed.
hemipharmauk.uk accepts payment by bank transfer and Bitcoin (BTC). Full payment is required before an order is despatched. Bank transfer details are provided at checkout after order confirmation. Bitcoin payments are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment. We do not store payment card data. We do not accept card payments at this time.

Despatch and Delivery
Orders are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 from our UK warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are despatched the next working day. A tracking number is sent to your email address at the point of despatch.

Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging and with all seals intact. To exercise this right, notify us by email within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Due to the nature of the products sold on hemipharmauk.uk, we are unable to accept returns of products where the original packaging seal has been broken or where the QR verification code has been removed or damaged. This exception applies under Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which permits traders to exclude the right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
